Between art and food, made in Italy and a cosmopolitan spirit, AMA beers immediately aroused great interest in the creative minds of Italian chefs.

There are many culinary recipes created in combination with AMA beers or beer itself; recipes which our chef friends have given us with affection and that you can find on our blog.

For this reason, for years we have been partners of two major catering associations: Chef to Chef and CHIC. The former is the chefs’ association of Emilia Romagna, the latter is Charming Italian Chef, an association active throughout Italy and working with great chefs to enhance Made in Italy in all its forms with passion, dedication, quality and fun.

From the most classic regional recipes, through gourmet pizza recipes, through to the finest recipes of star and non-star chefs. In recent years, AMA beer has been appreciated by everyone and has been involved in numerous activities. A project of great interest was the "CHIC Sandwich" project. Created in collaboration with a number of great chefs belonging to the CHIC association, the project included the organization of itinerant evenings in some selected venues where the chefs created recipes dedicated to sandwiches, in combination with our AMA beer, thus showing how a simple product, interpreted in a  creative way and accompanied by a great beer, can become the protagonist of the kitchen.

AMA is the beer of chefs. We are proud to be able to say that we have inspired the creativity of Italian and international chefs. From all the recipes created in recent years we have decided to share some on our blog and to continue updating our recipe book from time to time.
